Turning down the Noise in My Head.

Published by ravenwolfe at 5:53 pm under Uncategorized Edit This

We all have it….the noise.  It’s that tape that runs in your head ” I have to pick up Milk and bread for Michael, like he needs bread. Does my butt look big in this? ???  OF COURSE IT DOES!  I hate these jeans, my Mother gave them to me…probably because she wants me to look fat in these. She always had to compete with me anyway..what’s up with THAT???”…Yeah….that tape.    I have decided that is bad for me…  I don’t wanna listen to the tape anymore.  I wanna create something to replace it;  a positive mantra.  That sounds something more like this.   “ I am willing to change.  I Love myself, and I am willing to let go of self-criticism.   I am willing to forgive those that have hurt me in the past, and let go of any baggage that I might have had.  To do this, is to set myself free. ”

This is how I am changing this year.  I know that by making these changes that I will be a much healthier and happier person.  How about you?  Have you considered making radical chnges in your life; to really rethink how you’ve lived it up to this point?

Can you see that telling yourself these positive things would change your bodies vibrational stance and would better things in your life?  It makes sense to me that to not change the negative mantra that is rampaging through  my brain without heed for it’s impact on my life, is not a healthy practice.  Something must be done… the barage of negativity can cause dis-ease in the body and can literally make it ill.  To change the self-dialogue to something intensely positive and life affirming would have the opposite effect; creating health and wellbeing.

Below is a video of positive affirmations that may be of help to those suffering from particular maladies.  I think it might be very helpful to some.
